4.Visible light environment Request A QuoteThe PDT-01A1 probe is an ultra-small probe based on the planar cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) technique for charged particles detection. It has an extremely high energy resolution to α-ray in a vacuum environment.
The PDT-01A1 integrates CZT crystal and a low-noise charge-sensitive preamplifier circuit. It will convert the incident alpha particles to exponentially attenuated signals, and then those signals will be directly input into a multi-channel analyzer through the equipped five-core cable, high-voltage power supply and main amplifier.
The dimension of the detector could
be tailor-made.
