The SPC1002 / SPC0502 are single-channel counting modules based on CZT detectors; the product internally consists of 10x10x2mm³ or 5x5x2mm³ optional detectors, high-gain charge sensitive amplifiers and SK forming circuits. With small appearance and strong stability, it can be used as the core module of measuring instruments.
